Pebble Brook School in Aylesbury is seeking a reliable Front Office Administrator to manage a busy reception, greet visitors and direct enquiries, and ensure the front desk runs smoothly throughout the day.

You will handle a high volume of calls and emails, support attendance monitoring and follow safeguarding procedures, and assist with school communications via the parent messaging system, working closely with the office team under the People Operations Lead.
