Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for the role of Automotive Sales Administrator on behalf of our esteemed client, an independent dealership based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm working hours

Duties of the Sales Administrator:

Manage vehicle registration processes and invoicing
Oversee daily banking tasks as the Sales Administrator
Support sales and service administration processes
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct to the appropriate department
Support the accounts team with administrative duties
Assist in providing a seamless customer experience through excellent organisation and attention to detail
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

Proven experience in automotive administration, sales administration, or service admin
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment
Excellent attention to detail and high standards of professionalism
Effective communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
Knowledge of vehicle registration, invoicing, and financial procedures preferred
Well-presented individual with a proactive approach to work
