£32,000 – £35,000 Basic | OTE £41,000 – £45,000+ | Premium Franchised Dealership

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join a successful and forward-thinking franchised dealership. Working within a modern workshop environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Salary & Benefits
  • Level 3 Technician: £32,000 basic, OTE £41,000
  • Level 3 Technician with MOT: £33,000 basic, OTE £42,000
  • Brand Certified Technician: £34,000 – £35,000 basic, OTE £43,000 – £44,000

The Role
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs
  • Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Complete work in line with manufacturer and company standards
  • Ensure all job cards and workshop systems are completed accurately
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
  • Deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong technical and diagnostic ability
  • Previous workshop experience, ideally within a franchised dealer environment
  • Comfortable using digital workshop systems and diagnostic equipment
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for the automotive industry
