• Lead data analysis for the Savoury Snack Market Assessment to guide the business growth strategy for EMEA Flavour Solutions, using published market data,_mac research agency briefs and insights (market assessment value/volume proposition, listing arguments, competitive positioning, social listening, for example).
• Transform complex data sets into clear, engaging stories that resonate with customers and deliver tailored, insight‑driven recommendations aligned to their business needs.
• Interpret data into actionable insights and model complex datasets from various resources to communicate in‑depth market trend analysis to commercial and R&D teams.
• Proactively research and analyze F&B, flavours and ingredients trends to drive business direction and growth.
• Support the development of the customer innovation pipeline for Flavour Solutions EMEA through actionable consumer & category insights to deliver sustainable and iconic new product developments across Savoury Snacks customers.
• Lead and present the insights section of customer‑facing meetings across EMEA and provide critical market insights to influence customers through an in‑depth understanding of customers/consumers/brands.
• Manage daily activities of assigned projects, identify resource requirements, and apply capabilities with maximum cost‑effectiveness and ROI.
• Plan and execute customer meetings through effective project management and cross‑ૅfunctional collaboration, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
• Own and present quarterly market data/insights reviews across the savoury snack area of the business for internal and external customers to strengthen partnerships.

• Relevant working experience in savoury snacks падтрым or market research with frequent contact with marketing, innovation and NPD teams; proven experience across all research disciplines (qualitative, quantitative, continuous data interpretation).
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing and new product development, including experience in international businesses.
• Deep understanding of custom food & beverage manufacturers, trends and consumer drivers.
• Knowledge of multiple market data source providers and research agencies.
• Creative problem‑solving in a dynamic environment of multiple customers with different needs and operating models.
• Highly creative and skilled in developing visually compelling presentations and other impactful creative assets.
• High level strategic thinking with ability to influence commercial and new product development teams.
• Strong communications skills – critical to the lijf involving multiple internal and external presentations.
