Associate Global Process Manager Integrated Business Planning

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of global processes, including documentation, training, testing, and controls.
  • Support the execution of the workstream roadmap by identifying and driving process improvements across the end-to-end Supply Chain, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build subject matter expertise and act as a business lead for training initiatives, supporting global projects and cross-functional improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to implement process enhancements, support change management activities, and balance cost, risk, and business impact.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Solid experience in business process, supply chain, or related operational roles.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and constructively challenge decisions at different leadership levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and coordinating people to deliver results on time.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience working with integrated systems and data reporting.
  • Experience with SAP (including exposure to S/4

    HANA or similar ERP systems is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, change-driven environment.
