Junior Estimator

Caswell’s is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estimator & Costings professional to join our growing team. Based at our welcoming Head Office in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, you will become an integral part of our thriving business, gaining valuable skills and experience within a supportive environment.

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely estimates
• Supporting senior estimators with cost analyses and tender processes
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Collating documentation and maintaining organised records for estimating and costing purposes
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties related to projects and costings
• Continuously learning and developing industry knowledge to enhance estimating capabilities

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating
• Previous experience or understanding of construction or maintenance estimating
• Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
