We are now seeking an ambitious and motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and begin their professional career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This role offers hands‑on experience across cost management, contract administration, and change controls, with structured support and mentoring from experienced professionals. No prior industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cost control, reporting, and commercial record keeping
  • Support contract administration and commercial correspondence
  • Review Daily Allocation Sheets (DAS) and ensure accurate cost coding
  • Maintain site records and commercial documentation
  • Assist with change control and application for payment
  • Ensure compliance with company systems and best practices
  • Support the wider commercial and project teams as required
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Structured training aligned with RICS competencies
  • Mentorship from experienced Quantity Surveyors
  • Clear pathway towards professional development and chartership
  • Exposure to major UK infrastructure projects
  • Supportive and inclusive working environment
