Assistant Quantity Surveyor
35,000 – £40,000 + Package
25m Distribution Centre | Aylesbury
We’re recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier One construction team delivering a £25m distribution centre project in Aylesbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience on a major industrial scheme, working alongside an experienced Senior QS with clear support, mentoring, and progression.
What you’ll be doing :- Supporting the commercial management of a £25m industrial project
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
- Helping prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variations
- Working closely with site and operational teams
- Degree / HND (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying
- Some experience in construction (placements or post‑grad welcome)
- Strong organisation, communication, and a proactive attitude
- 35,000 – £40,000 + package
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension matched up to 6%

- Early Friday finish (4 : 00pm)
