We are currently seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help run a large residential development in Oxford for a leading national house builder.

This is an excellent opportunity for an up and coming assistant site manager to take the next step in their career with plenty of progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining excellent health & safety, quality, and environmental standards

  • Liaising with senior management, NHBC, and other stakeholders

  • Driving site performance and promoting a positive site culture

Requirements

  • Previous residential site experience

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

  • Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000
