Assistant Site Manager - Milton Keynes

Up to £52,000 + package
A leading national house builder is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join its construction team on a residential development in the Milton Keynes area.
Working alongside the Site Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The role will include:

Supporting the management of trades, subcontractors and site operations
Monitoring build quality and programme targets
Carrying out site inspections and health and safety checks
Coordinating materials and labour
Assisting with snagging and handovers
Maintaining strong communication with the wider construction team

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential development
A strong understanding of traditional house building
Excellent organisational and communication skills
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
A proactive attitude and a genuine focus on build quality
