The Role:

Operational leadership role managing sections of earthworks delivery, ensuring programme, safety, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing daily site operations across earthworks zones
  • Driving programme, productivity, and resource planning
  • Leading site teams, subcontractors, and engineering staff
  • Ensuring compliance with HS2 standards and environmental controls
  • Reporting progress, risks, and commercial impacts
  • Supporting temporary works coordination and technical assurance
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Sub Agent/Section Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of earthworks methodologies and constraints
  • Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple work fronts
