EKFB is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor near Aylesbury. You will carry out commercial duties independently and may lead a small team, preparing variation accounts and monitoring cost against targets and programmes. You will contribute to change control on EOT, delays and performance adjustments.
You will prepare interim/final valuations, final accounts, and subcontract accounts, and provide contractual advice while negotiating disputes and identifying commercial risks.
