Group Travel Coordinator

Travel Consultant required ( 3 Month Contract)

My client is seeking a Travel Coordinator to work within their Reservations team, to work on a Three month contract. The role involves handling customer enquiries, selling and processing coach holiday bookings, taking payments and completing the associated administration. They are looking for someone who is friendly and confident on the telephone, IT-savvy and able to learn their reservations system quickly.

Ideally, candidates would have Previous travel, tourism, reservations or telephone-sales experience , Strong customer-service and administrative skills, Confidence working across different IT systems Good attention to detail Experience working within an FCA-regulated environment or selling travel insurance Their customers are predominantly older travellers, so patience, warmth and a reassuring telephone manner are important. The position will be office-based in Aylesbury , starting from around 17th August Package £30,000
