Esri UK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Internal Sales team in a hybrid role based in Aylesbury. You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs and help organisations maximise the value of the ArcGIS Platform.
The role focuses on customer success, retention and identifying opportunities for services, training and data, with a starting salary circa £30,000 plus a generous annual bonus of 20%.
