The Role:

Full-time, long-term position with the potential to go permanent
Competitive daily rate of £85-£95 per day
Supporting learners with SEMH and behavioural needs in and out of the classroom
Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons across the curriculum, including GCSE and Functional Skills
Building positive relationships with pupils, providing consistent structure, encouragement and guidance
Working within a dynamic, supportive team in a specialist provision that focuses on both academic and personal growth

The Ideal Candidate :

Previous experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, support work or care settings welcome)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with learners
Resilient, patient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations
A genuine interest in supporting learners with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and develop
