What You'll Be Doing    As an SEN Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll be joining Academics and working on a flexible basis, helping schools to:
Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs in engaging, creative lessons    Build trusting relationships that help learners feel safe, supported, and confident    Adapt activities to meet individual needs - and celebrate every achievement, big or small    Work closely with teachers and professionals to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere    Bring calm, patience, and a sense of fun to each day - because learning should feel joyful!
