This “Good” school in Aylesbury is dedicated to supporting each student in their personal growth, contributing to overall school progress. The school offers a positive, nurturing environment where students feel encouraged, confident, and supported in their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties, helping them overcome challenges.

Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement effective behaviour management strategies.

Build strong, positive relationships with students, offering guidance, motivation, and emotional support.

Assist in the creation and implementation of personalised behaviour plans tailored to individual student needs.

Regularly monitor and document student progress, maintaining clear and effective communication with staff, parents, and guardians.

Qualifications:

Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a calm, solution-focused attitude.

Ability to remain composed and professional during challenging situations.

A genuine passion for helping young people develop socially and emotionally.
