Schools in Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas are actively seeking dynamic, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to step into classrooms and support students across Key Stages 3-5. Key Responsibilities:
Lead classroom activities and manage lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, ensuring student focus and engagement
Create a positive, controlled, and productive classroom environment
Support students in their learning journey, providing assistance and answering queries
Maintain excellent classroom behavior in line with school policies
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an educational setting (ideal but not essential)
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience is a bonus
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to communicate with confidence
Adaptability to support a range of subjects and year groups
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to provide two years of professional references
