Join the team at St Mary's School in Fairford, a primary school with strong OFSTED and SIAMS ratings. We seek a flexible Learning Support Assistant/Key Worker to support children from Nursery to Year 6.

About This Role

Do you enjoy working with children and want to see them reach their full potential? St Mary's looks for a Learning Support Assistant/Key Worker to join our fantastic school. You will be flexible and willing to work across all year groups from Nursery to Year 6.

Job Purpose
  • Work may be carried out in the classroom or in a small group withdrawal space.
  • Support a named child and others in the classroom, enabling access to learning for specific pupils/groups and assisting the teacher in management of pupils and the classroom.
  • Work under the direction and guidance of the Class Teacher.
Key Responsibilities

The LSA role is of key importance. You will be responsible for providing children and teaching staff with the support they need to shine as lights in the world.
