Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the class teacher to support lesson planning, resource preparation, and create a positive learning environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing individual education and personal care plans, including hygiene needs and administering medication when required.
- Lead whole classes during the teacher’s non‑contact time and in cases of short‑term absence.
- Passionate about making a difference for children with SEN.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other professionals to implement recommendations.
- Confident using ICT to support learning.
- Resilient, reliable, and committed to being part of a supportive team.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to undertake training to develop your skills.
