We are recruiting a full‑time SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary SEN setting in Aylesbury, supporting pupils with complex learning and communication needs.
The setting supports over 100 pupils with PMLD, SCLD and Autism, and provides a calm, structured and nurturing environment.
Your role will include:- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
- Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Working closely with teachers and support staff
- Previous SEN experience not essential
- A kind, caring and nurturing nature is essential
- Full‑time availability
- A genuine desire to support children with additional needs
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process one
