Overview

A Further Education provider is seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer in Property Development & Maintenance to support apprentices throughout their programme. The role involves delivering practical and theory-based training and working closely with employers to ensure successful learner progression.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training in classroom, workshop and workplace settings

Share up-to-date industry knowledge and practical skills

Support apprentices' development, progress and achievement

Develop and monitor individual training plans

Liaise with employers to enhance training and workplace performance

Travel locally to support apprentices on programme

Essential Requirements

Industry experience in Property Development and/or Maintenance

Strong communication and coaching skills

Ability to support learner progress and employer engagement

Willingness to travel within the local area

Teaching qualification not essential (training provided)
