SEN Support Worker – Primary Schools | Aylesbury

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a real difference every single day? We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable SEN Support Workers to join welcoming primary schools in Aylesbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to play a key role in helping pupils thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Aylesbury

Hours:

Ideally 5 days per week (full-time), but we are also happy to hear from part-time candidates
 Start: ASAP
 Opportunities:

What you’ll be doing :

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom

Helping children stay engaged with their learning and daily routines

Providing 1:1 or small group support

Working closely with teachers and the wider support team

Supporting with personal care where required

Creating a safe, positive and encouraging environment for pupils

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have experience as a Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, Care Worker, or similar

Have experience working with SEN children in education, care, or community settings

Are patient, nurturing and proactive

Feel confident supporting children with additional needs

Are happy to support with personal care when required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
