Year 5 Teacher - Summer Term 2 - No Planning Required - Aylesbury

A welcoming and supportive two-form entry primary school in Aylesbury is seeking an enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team for Summer Term 2 through to the end of the academic year (July). The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 5 class, delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

All planning is already in place, meaning the teacher can focus on delivering high-quality lessons, supporting pupils' progress and maintaining strong classroom routines.

Working within a two-form entry structure, the successful candidate will benefit from close collaboration with the parallel Year 5 teacher and the wider Key Stage 2 team.

The Ideal Teacher

The school is looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
Demonstrates strong classroom management
Is confident delivering pre-planned lessons
Brings a positive and enthusiastic approach to the classroom

This role would suit an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience without the responsibility of planning.
