Student Support Manager

Overview

Hours:

2.5 hours, 39 weeks per annum

This is initially a 6 week temporary role, leading to a permanent contract after a successful initial 5-6 week period.

• The post holder will play an active role in managing, challenging and supporting ASC/SEMH students behaviour on a day to day basis.
• Support the Head of School and SLT in implementing ongoing behavioural interventions, supporting and encouraging students to be able to access their education and ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout the school.
