Term time only: Yes, 39 Weeks (Term time including INSET Days)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week, Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm

About usStocklake Park School is part of the Vale Federation of Special Schools and is based on two sites, Stocklake Park main site and Harding House. We offer educational provision for students with complex learning difficulties, from 11 to 19 years of age.
Our vision as a Federation is to provide a supportive but challenging multi-professionals approach to the education of all the young people in our care, enabling them to achieve the greatest possible level of independence and inclusion.
- Work closely with the class teacher to support lesson planning, resource preparation, and create a positive learning environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing individual education and personal care plans, including hygiene needs and administering medication when required.
- Lead whole classes during the teacher's non-contact time and in cases of short-term absence.
