SEN Support Worker – Primary Schools | Aylesbury
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to play a key role in helping pupils thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Hours:

Ideally 5 days per week (full-time), but we are also happy to hear from part-time candidates    Start: ASAP    Opportunities:

What you’ll be doing :
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom    Helping children stay engaged with their learning and daily routines    Providing 1:1 or small group support    Working closely with teachers and the wider support team    Supporting with personal care where required    Creating a safe, positive and encouraging environment for pupils    We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have experience as a Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, Care Worker, or similar    Have experience working with SEN children in education, care, or community settings    Are patient, nurturing and proactive    Feel confident supporting children with additional needs    Are happy to support with personal care when required    Why this role is great:
