PK Education, a trusted partner to schools and educators, is looking to connect with compassionate and dedicated teachers for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) settings ahead of the September recruitment period.
We are seeking patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic teachers who are passionate about supporting students with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD, and PMLD. You will play a vital role in delivering personalised and engaging lessons, helping students to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working within SEND settings (or a strong interest in transitioning into SEND)
- Be confident managing behaviour with a calm and supportive approach
- Be flexible and able to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and support teams
