Exam Invigilator

Overview

We are seeking to expand our team of Examination Invigilators to support busy exam periods throughout the academic year on an ad hoc basis in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury).

• Ensure exam halls are set up correctly and exam papers are delivered to the halls.
• Invigilate examinations and supervise students.
• Collate and return all examination papers and materials at the end of examinations.
• Ensure students enter the examination hall correctly and present themselves appropriately.
• Seat students according to the seating plan.
• Check that all students receive the correct examination paper.
• Enforce examination rules, monitor for cheating, and maintain examination conditions.
• Support schools during critical times, maintaining a high standard for the examination process.

• Must hold a current DBS check.
• Full and part‑time days/hours available.
• Experience with reading and scribing is an advantage.
• Professional presentation and good organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential.

Salary: £92.50 per day. Roles can be full‑time or part‑time, with flexibility to align with exam timetables.
