JOB DESCRIPTION – COVER SUPERVISOR      Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Deliver pre-set work and instructions provided by teaching staff.
Ensure students remain focused on their learning and complete assigned tasks.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
Create a positive and productive learning environment.
Support the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Undertake break, lunchtime, or corridor supervision duties where required.
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
