Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across:
Aylesbury    We are currently recruiting for:
Teaching Assistants (TA)    Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)    Teachers (Qualified & Unqualified)

You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)    Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)    Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)    Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)    ADHD and associated behavioural needs    Sensory processing difficulties    Each school provides a nurturing, structured environment where students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. Staff work closely with therapists, behaviour specialists, and families to provide holistic support.

About You:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:
Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN    Patient, empathetic, and resilient    Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs    (For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential    No prior SEN experience? Don’t worry – if you’re committed and eager to learn, we’ll provide training and guidance to help you succeed.
