Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a dedicated individual for a role at Pathways Primary PRU in Aylesbury, focused on developing behaviour management skills while supporting pupils with complex needs in both PRU and mainstream settings. The ideal candidate will lead small classes, build trusting relationships, and contribute to mentoring colleagues.
This permanent, term-time only position requires a strong background in supporting children with SEMH or complex SEND needs. Weekly hours will be at least three days a week, including Wednesdays, from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
