This is an opportunity to be part of a nurturing, highly supportive setting where relationships come first, progress is celebrated in every form, and staff are given the tools to thrive.

  • Create a safe, structured and inspiring classroom environment where pupils can build confidence and independence
  • Work closely with therapists, support staff, families and external professionals to deliver a truly holistic approach
  • Track and celebrate progress academically, socially and emotionally
  • Use creativity, patience and consistency to help pupils overcome barriers to learning
  • Contribute to EHCP targets, reviews and personalised learning plans
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Holds QTS / QTLS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Has experience teaching pupils with SEN, whether in a specialist or mainstream setting
  • Understands the importance of individualised learning, communication strategies and positive behaviour support
  • Brings warmth, energy, adaptability and a genuine passion for helping every child succeed
  • Thrives as part of a multidisciplinary team and values collaboration
  • Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils who need consistency, empathy and encouragement
Why apply?
  • A rewarding role where you can make a lasting impact every single day
  • A supportive leadership team and collaborative staff culture
  • Excellent professional development and training opportunities
  • The chance to work in a specialist environment that puts pupils' needs at the heart of everything
  • A role in a school community that values compassion, patience, creativity and progress in all its forms
