The Role

An established Further Education provider is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead its Construction & Technology provision. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FE leader to drive quality, performance and growth across a successful vocational department. You will manage teaching and support staff, develop curriculum provision, and ensure learners achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Construction & Technology curriculum provision
  • Drive student achievement, retention and progression
  • Line manage teaching and support staff
  • Ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment
  • Develop curriculum plans that meet employer and learner needs
  • Manage staffing, resources and budgets effectively
  • Build relationships with employers and industry partners
  • Promote continuous improvement and curriculum growth
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Further Education leadership or curriculum management
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and curriculum planning
  • Previous teaching experience
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for improving learner outcomes
