We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire to join a supportive secondary SEN school. This is an excellent opportunity for both graduates and experienced Teaching Assistants who are eager to work within a specialist educational setting and positively impact learners with a range of additional needs.
The SEN Teaching Assistant role involves supporting students with various special educational needs, helping them access learning, develop independence, and build confidence both academically and socially. While SEN experience is preferred, it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential for this position.
This is a full-time role, paid via PAYE at £470-£500 per week, offering a stable and rewarding opportunity within a specialist setting.
