Forever Education is partnered with a high‑achieving secondary school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire who are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join them from September 2026. This is a full‑time 1‑year fixed‑term contract starting in September 2026, directly employed by the school.

This Cover Supervisor role is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious graduate that is interested in gaining experience before starting a teacher training course or an experienced Cover Supervisor that is looking for a new challenge. The school offers the support and CPD to help you thrive.

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre‑set work and instructions provided by teaching staff
• Ensure students remain focused on their learning and complete assigned tasks
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy
• Create a positive and productive learning environment
• Support the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities
• Undertake break, lunchtime, or corridor supervision duties where required
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

• Recent graduate interested in going into teaching or experienced Cover Supervisor
• Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
• Must be able to engage and motivate the students
• Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout
