Job Type: Full‑time – Flexible working available

• Planning & Preparation – Designing innovative schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment schedules that drive student achievement.
• Effective Delivery – Creating safe, inclusive, and highly effective learning environments where students are appropriately stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
• Student Support – Structuring creative approaches to overcome individual barriers to learning, addressing Early Years needs inside and outside the classroom.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Health & Social Care.
• An unwavering passion for learning and a commitment to helping students achieve more than they thought possible.
• An innovative mindset, comfortable with experimenting with new ideas and leveraging digital tools to enhance student engagement.
• Teaching qualification not required – we support industry professionals transitioning into education through the Taking Teaching Further scheme. Full on‑the‑job support and funding to achieve a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (and the option to progress to a Level 5 Diploma).
