Responsibilities- Maintain a high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
- Establish and maintain standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values and ethos.
- An enhanced DBS check will take place prior to employment.
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or a PGCE in English (ECT's welcome).
- Have a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons that achieve excellent student outcomes.
- Have a genuine passion for English and possess the ability to inspire students' love for literature and language.
