Overview
Catering Tutor – Permanent, Full-time, starting September 2026. A specialist training provider that delivers vocational and employability programmes designed to help learners develop practical skills and improve their future career prospects. The organisation works closely with employers and community partners to provide meaningful learning experiences and real-world opportunities.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality catering and hospitality training
- Teach food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety practices
- Plan and deliver engaging practical and theory-based sessions
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback and support
- Support learners to achieve qualifications and employment outcomes
- Promote a safe, professional, and inclusive learning environment
- Previous experience within catering, hospitality, professional kitchens, food production, or a related industry (essential)
- Strong practical knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support learners from diverse backgrounds
- Organised, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
