As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting local primary schools by providing high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive classroom environment. You will have the opportunity to work with pupils of various age groups and abilities, ensuring they receive an engaging and productive educational experience.

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and adapting them as needed
• Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
• Collaborating with school staff and fellow teachers
• Adhering to school policies and procedures, including marking where required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments
• A passion for education and a commitment to pupil success
• Ability to build positive relationships within schools
• Able to commute to schools across the Aylesbury Vale area
