We are excited to recruit a Variable Hours Lecturer in Carpentry
at our Aylesbury campus.

Working within our dynamic Construction
department,you will play a key role in raising aspirations, developing talent, and supporting students to progress confidently into employment. You will bring real-world experience into the classroom—helping learners build their confidence, refine their craft, and meet the high standards expected within the industry.

Your industry background will be invaluable. By sharing practical insight into site practice, workflow, health and safety, and collaboration across trades, you will help students understand what it truly means to work in the sector and prepare them for the demands of employment.
