Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an exceptional Director of Support for Learning to provide leadership for SEND, accessibility, equity and belonging across the College. As Director of Support for Learning
, you will oversee SEND and learner support provision across our campuses, ensuring statutory compliance, high-quality interventions and outstanding learner experiences.
The successful candidate will drive the strategic development of SEND, inclusion and learner support across the College, delivering an ambitious and coordinated approach that enables all learners to participate, achieve and progress, while ensuring excellence in compliance, funding oversight and support services.
