Are you an experienced Light Vehicle Technician with a passion for developing others?

We are seeking a Trainer in Automotive Apprenticeships to deliver high-quality training and support apprentices in building the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the industry. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification (or above) in a relevant automotive discipline, or equivalent industry experience, along with up-to-date knowledge and a passion for education and skills development.

As a Apprenticeship Trainer – Automotive, you will:

• Plan and deliver high-quality teaching aligned to apprenticeship standards and awarding body requirements
• Maintain up-to-date vocational and industry knowledge
• Monitor apprentice progress and provide meaningful 1:1 coaching and feedback

• Set targets and support learners in developing a growth mindset
• Complete all required administrative tasks, including assessment and internal verification
• Work effectively within agreed timetables and resources
