About this Role

Chiltern Way Academy Wendover provides education and care for young people aged 11-19 with ASC. As one of the Trust's largest and most dynamic campuses, Wendover delivers a balanced focus on academic achievement, life-skills development and personal growth, ensuring students are well prepared for further education, employment and independence. At Chiltern Way Academy Trust, we don't do ordinary. We are rewriting the future for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and/or Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) through innovative, transformational education.

Our award-winning Multi Academy Trust provides cutting-edge, compassionate and personalised learning across our specialist campuses. We are seeking a Student Support Worker who will play an active role in managing, challenging and supporting ASC/SEMH students behaviour on a day to day basis.

We are seeking an individual to support the Head of Campus and SLT inimplementing ongoing behavioural interventions, supporting and encouraging students to be able to access their education and ensuring effective communication is maintained throughout the school. We are looking for a strong team player with energy, creativity and empathy and a belief in every student's potential. A enthusiastic, resilient and reflective individual.
