Weekly
Hours:
30 hours per week, 9.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday Annual Weeks: 39 Weeks (Term time including INSET Days)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support to pupils with SEN, helping them engage with learning activities and achieve their potential.
- Assist the teacher in adapting resources and strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment across different learning settings.

- Passionate about making a difference for children with SEN.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Flexible and collaborative, working effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, resilient, and committed to promoting inclusion and equality.
