Buckinghamshire Council is seeking an experienced School Improvement Advisor (Special and Primary Schools) for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Aylesbury. You will lead SEND-focused school improvement, support governors and school leaders, and drive improvement plans across special and mainstream schools.
You will work within the School Improvement Team to evaluate performance, broker support, and lead improvement initiatives, with a focus on inclusion and safeguarding.
