How you will make an impact

As a Senior M&E Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring operational reliability across a complex, high-volume dairy production environment. Working a Panama shift pattern (days and nights), you will provide hands-on engineering support while driving safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Provide critical breakdown support across systems such as boilers, refrigeration, wastewater treatment, DAF plant, HVAC, and water systems
