BMS Commissioning / Project Engineer

Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a reputable specialist within the building management systems sector who has been established for over 40 years.

Due to continued growth and development, they are looking to hire a BMS Commissioning / Project Engineer.

A superb aspect of this position is no London work!

• £65,000 - £70,000
• 40 hours a week 8am to 4.30pm with 30 minute lunch
• All hours over this (and the travel allowance) would be paid @ x1.5 and @x2 for Saturday pm and Sunday/B/H
• OTE with overtime and bonuses £#removed#

• Additional End of financial year Annual Bonus (2025 was £1300)
• Additional Xmas box Annual Bonus (2025 was £800)
• Annual pay review

• Conduct detailed site surveys
• Design BMS Control strategies
• Delivering design and implementation of BMS works
• Review legacy BMS Control systems and re-write BMS Software
• Produce control schematics
• Commission and assist in the delivery of BMS Projects

• We are seeking a BMS Commissioning engineer who may also have gained expertise across project delivery / project engineering
• Ideally you will have the ability to design / write BMS Strategies
• Experience producing control schematics
• Experienced conducting site surveys
• Familiar with Trend BMS Control systems
• Any expertise across other BMS Control systems is an advantage
