The Mechanical Estates Officer is a technical specialist role providing Authorised Person cover and specialist technical assurance for the Trust's mechanical building services.
The post holder acts as Authorised Person for mechanical specialisms, supports the Senior Mechanical Manager, and collaborates with Operations teams, contractors and suppliers across Trust sites to keep systems safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
