An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a fast-growing, ambitious business where finance is central to commercial decision‑making. This role suits a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who wants full ownership of the finance function and the chance to make a tangible impact as the business scales.

• Ownership of month‑end, management accounts and reconciliations
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of the P&L and balance sheet
• Maintain strong financial controls and audit readiness
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Build financial models to support decision‑making
• Partner with stakeholders to optimise margins and costs
• Manage VAT, Corporation Tax and statutory returns
• Liaise with external accountants and advisers
• Improve reporting, automate processes and enhance data quality
• Ownership of cashflow, liquidity and working capital
• Line management of a Finance Officer
• Report directly to the COO

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Big 4 trained (PwC, EY, KPMG or Deloitte)
• Strong technical and commercial skillset
• Advanced Excel / Sheets capability
• Confident stakeholder communicator
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset

• FMCG, consumer or scale‑up experience
• Exposure to VAT complexity, inventory and multi‑channel sales
• ERP system experience

• Ambitious, commercially curious and energetic
• Self‑starter with a willingness to learn
• Strong cultural alignment
